The second "China Saxophone Cup" kicked off in Qingdao, East Shandong province on Saturday. The weeklong event, which includes saxophone performances, and summer camp for primary and middle school students, attracted more than 600 students around the country. Organized by China Association for Symphonic Bands and Ensembles and Qingdao Municipal Government, the activities aim to promote wind music among students.
