On the morning of Dec 26, more than 20 workers hung colored lights along the Shiwei Road in Dandong city, Liaoning province. As New Year's Day and the Spring Festival are approaching, the Dandong municipal street light management group organized workers to install 9,000 LED colored lights to decorate the city.
