Pictures from Jilin's eye in the sky

After China sent its "Jilin-1" satellites aloft from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in Gansu province, on Oct 7, it marked a big step forward in the industrialization of this type of space technology. These are China's first commercial, remote-sensing satellites to be named after a province.
