Tourism festival to open in Darhan Mumingan Banner

A tourism festival is to open in Darhan Mumingan Banner of Baotou, aimed at boosting the tourism industry of the banner, reports baotounews.com.cn.
The festival, now in its fourth session, will add sightseeing flights and flower appreciation activities to enhance awareness of environmental protection.
Also, a wide range of folk activities including food and Nadam fairs will be organized during the festival.
Situated in the southeast part of Darhan Mumingan Banner, Xilamuren Grassland is one of the first grassland tourist attractions in Inner Mongolia autonomous region. It is a 3A-level scenic spot.

High-speed train debuts in Inner Mongolia
