New Yarmag Housing Project (Mongolia)

Covering a land area of 36 hectares and a total construction area of 368,000 m2, the project consists of about 4,000 apartments, and is a new-type residential community equipped with schools, kindergartens, shopping malls, medical centers, vocational schools and other facilities.
As an important part of Mongolian Government's Plan of Constructing 100,000 Residences, the project will provide a comfortable and healthy living environment for local people, reduce ecological pollution, create a large number of jobs and further improve infrastructure in Ulaanbaatar.
