The Panzhihua Bao'anying Airport in Sichuan (China)

The airport is a plateau airport located on a hillside 1976m above sea level. With a maximum backfill depth of 123m, 58 million cubic meters of earth and rock are excavated and filled, which include 40 million cubic meters of rock, ranking the first among Chinese airports.
