CEEC completes construction of Luanda No.12 Road

On Aug 21 CEEC completed the bituminous concrete surface of Luanda No.12 road, marking full completion of this road project.
Located in Kazanka District, Luanda, Angola, this is an old urban road reconstruction project. After reconstruction, the road is 10 meters in width, with broadened sections where bus stops are set. The asphalt concrete pavement is designed to be 9 centimeters thick, consisting of two layers of different materials, which is technically very demanding.
Completion of the project has fundamentally changed the dusty worn out scene of the old road. Today the road is clean and beautiful, which has greatly improved the appearance of the city and facilitated the local people in daily travelling.
