On the west side of Guangming road, the Huaqiao International Service Business Park stands blocks of buildings, surrounded by markets, banks and other daily facilities meant to make life a breeze. The Jiangxia residential block has been purposely built for the enjoyment of Jiangxia villagers.
The Jiangxia residential block sits on east side of Xihuan ring road, covering an area of 76,848 square meters. Each apartment is fitted with water and electricity supply, cable TV, broadband internet, and a security protection system. Each house is equipped with its own solar power heating system, keeping in line with our eco-friendly or ‘greening’ Huaqiao stance.
The Jiangxia residential block has the capacity to accommodate 540 local residents, easing the housing shortage in Jiangxia village.
