The Call Center and Enterprise Communication Expo China 2010 was held on September 28th in Beijing, attracting government officials, experts, enterprisers and entrepreneurs in the field of IT, finance, telecommunication, manufacturing and e-commerce and logistics industries.
During the expo, China Call Center and CRM Association selected Tangram, a company specializing in providing call center services in Shanghai as the best calling center during the past one year. And this award is the one of the authoritative and impressive evaluation that aims to publicize the customer-oriented philosophy and improve the service standard of calling and respond.
Tangram after locating in Huaqiao International Business Park, has evolved into a comprehensive call center company. It has cooperated with some other big companies in the world and gained highly praises from them. Tangram plans to build one call center in Huaqiao and it will be put into use in 2011.
