1) Application of cancellation registration for a foreign (region) enterprise engaged in production and operating activities within the territory of China;
2) Cancellation approval document issued by the approval authority;
3) Duty-paid certificates issued by taxation authority and Customs;
4) Liquidation report;
5) Certificate of site use for business operation;
5) Seal;
6) Other relevant documents.
