Floral mixed pickles are a famous product of Anshun, Guizhou. It is a side dish flavored with many kinds of spices and herbs. Floral mixed pickles were once praised for their delicious taste by Chinese and foreign diners and were part of the Canton Fair at the invitation of Japan in 1980.
