Zhanjiang deputies' views on Govt Work Report

"The report shed new light on the opportunities for financial reform and transformation. I'd like to make three suggestions in terms of supply-side structural reform. First, we should encourage financial institutes to balance resource integration and to improve the innovation abilities to help enterprises reduce financing costs. Second, governments should stimulate banks to take part in the supply-side structural reform. Third, we hope the central government to designate Guangdong as a key area for the supply-side reform."

"After hearing the report, I'd like to suggest the central government allocating more funds to accelerate the construction of typhoon shelters in coastal areas so we can build some industrial parks close to the ports to revitalize the regional economy."
