Government authorities in the Pingtan Comprehensive Pilot Zone have approved the establishment of headquarters of four enterprises - Fujian Zhongfu Industries Ltd, Shantian Forestry Ltd, Dongxing Securities and Funeng (Pingtan) Finance Leasing Ltd.

The policies – aimed at attracting more investment - allow headquarter enterprises in Pingtan to enjoy bonuses equivalent to at least 50 percent of their taxation from the local government.

The establishment of the four headquarter enterprises will play a positive role in Pingtan's economic development as it will help increase the gross domestic product and tax revenue of Pingtan, according to the local bureau of finance.
