With the expansion of Fuzhou real estate, the room above the ground is becoming more and more limited. As a result of the limitation of space on the ground, it is quite urgent to develop the space underground to relieve the pressure of car parking in Fuzhou.
The government of Fuzhou issued a regulation to guide the development of the space underground. It regulates that no schools, kindergartens, hospitals and apartments can be built underground. But, the shops and other stores could be set up there. What’s more, more space underground will be utilized to build parking lot to mitigate the pressure of car parking.
