Fuzhou is to build an electric record platform for cars to keep track of repairs and maintenance, lcoal media reported on April 10.

The move is to improve accountability and transparency in the repair business and reduce disputes.

The record will include the garage information, car identification number, plate number, the date and mileage of repair, failure descriptions and additional information. Car owners can also comment on the services of garages on the platform.
