Gao Shiji, Director General and research fellow of the Institute for Resources and Environmental Policies, met with Tim Curtis, general manager of the Environment and Energy Department of Ricardo, a UK global engineering and environmental consultancy, and scientist Geoff Dollard to discuss air pollution treatments on May 31.
