Han Jun, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) met with George W. McCarthy, president of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, on Sep 16. Present at the meeting was He Yupeng, vice-director-general and research fellow of Research Department of Rural Economy, DRC.
