Sino-French Roundtable on Food and Health held in Beijing

On September 16-17, Sino-French Roundtable on Food and Health, jointly organized by China International Association for Urban and Rural Development (CIAD) and the Foundation Victor Segalen from France, was held in Beijing.
Mr. Chen Zhu, Vice Chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee, attended and addressed the meeting. DRC Vice President Zhang Laiming delivered a keynote speech. Dr. Sun Xiaoyu, President of CIAD, and Mr. Pierre Morel, President of Foundation Victor Segalen and former French Ambassador to China, also made remarks at the meeting.
The roundtable speakers and discussants included the senior officials and experts from the relevant Chinese and French government departments, academic institutions and business circle.
