Abstract：

At present, many issues in regional economic development are related to the inadequate development of regional coordination mechanism. For the purpose of building such a mechanism, it is necessary to make authoritative national land planning, to straighten out the planning and management system, to establish regional coordination mechanism with coordination and arbitration functions in areas with fast urbanization development and to make reforms on the examination of the working performance of local cadres.
