Jilin deputies to the National Two Sessions returned to Changchun, capital of Jilin province, after the closing ceremony of the 12th National People's Congress on March 15.

During this year's two sessions, Jilin deputies submitted 178 proposals and suggestions related to many issues including industrial revitalization of NE China, transformation and upgrading of China's economy, supply-side reform, the environment, education and improvement of people's livelihoods.

Deputy Ren Kejun said the two sessions, and particularly the issues on agricultural supply-side reform, were inspiring.

"Premier Li Keqiang stressed the importance of promoting agricultural supply-side reform to better the construction of modern agriculture," Ren said, adding "Jilin should follow the directions and set out to achieve the goal."

Deputy Wang Yuzhi also said confidently that Jilin will work hard to accelerate revitalization of old industrial bases following the instructions of the Central Government.
