Yuan Lu, who was crowned Miss World China 2015 earlier this month, will represent China in the upcoming Miss World pageant. Yuan, 21, is a junior at Zhejiang University of Media and Communications.
After winning the Miss World China title,, Yuan told Chinese journalists that the purpose of Miss World is to help all the poor children in the world. She said she will strive to do that when she has time off from study.
