Decorative style

In his figure paintings, oil painter Qin Long uses elements of traditional fine brushwork with smooth lines and dynamic colors. He also uses gold and silver to delineate the composition, adding decorative touches. On display are more than 40 of his works.

Childhood memory

Diary of Fleeting Time, Childhood Memories is a two-person show featuring the works of Fa Ming and Ya Ri.

Fa tries to capture his memories of game players, parents and neighbors using fine brush lines. While Ya paints children's toys, such as toy guns and slingshots, using highly saturated colors and geometric forms.

Gianni Schicchi

The National Center for the Performing Arts will present Puccini's Gianni Schicchi, as part of its second annual opera festival.

The opera is characterized by sensual choreography, powerful music, fabulous costumes and impressive visual effects.

Gianni Schicchi is a part of the one-act comic opera Il Trittico by the Italian composer and is his only comic opera.
