A spring food exhibition was held in Zhengzhou in Henan province on April 25. 300 cooks showed off their talent through their creative dishes at the event.

Hundreds of fancy creations were showcased, such as basketball-size fried glutinous rice balls, toy trucks loaded with bacon and dessert and "battlefield dishes" made with walnuts and toy building blocks.

"This is my first time to see such dishes and I really appreciate the cooks' innovation," a visitor said.
