In celebration of the first anniversary of its founding in September, S.T.A.Y. Restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing will host celebratory activities. From Sept 1-30, each guest will be able to enjoy a dessert created specially for the anniversary. The founder of S.T.A.Y., chef Yannick Alleno, will be in Beijing Sept 11-15 to join the celebrations. On Sept14, he will personally prepare a seven-course feast of classic French cuisine.
