Large Medium SmallThe English Bull Terrier was stolen from a van in East London on December 28, when the singer offered a reward for its return and warned that it needed medical treatment.
She has now posted a picture of herself reunited with the pooch on her MySpace site. She added that it was "riddled with fleas and thin".
Allen explained that she would reveal how the dog was returned "in the near future".
