Outdated mobile phones donated to the elderly

A charitable organization called the "Sunshine Centre" has asked citizens to donate their old mobile phones to poverty-stricken and elderly people, reports the Shanghai Morning Post.

The organization says the phones will be a useful link for the elderly to first aid services.

Before delivering the phones the charity workers will set up a shortcut key on the mobiles which will link to the nearest hospital.
