Migrant worker plans domestic-violence centre

A migrant worker in Haikou, Hainan Province, plans to set up a centre to help women who are victims of domestic violence, reports Haikou Evening News.

Liang Kuan, who hails from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and has lived in Shanghai, used to work at a similar centre before.

Liang said he would raise money by various means to finance the project and offer his services free.
