Thousands of birds nestle on banyan tree

Several thousand migratory birds have found a home on a banyan tree at a square in the centre of Wuzhou, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, reports China National Radio.

Although the tree had long been a favourite haunt of birds, it had never attracted so many birds at the same time before, local experts said.
