CPPCC annual session opens in Beijing

Delegates listen to speeches at the opening
session of the fourth session of the 10th national committee of the
Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) at the Great
Hall of the People in Beijing March 3, 2006. CPPCC opened at 15:00 today
