A migrant worker threatens to jump off an
unfinished building in a some-ten-person joint action to demand default
wages in Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi Province November 28, 2005. The
workers, together with 1,000 others, finished their work in September, but
have not received their pay yet as the year end nears.
