'Administrator' ends up in jail

A man disguised as a civil administrator ended up in custody when he came
across a vehicle with real policemen, Beijing Morning Post reports.
Liu, trying to help his elder brother find enough money to get married, came
up with the idea of fining cars while posing as a civil administrator in the
street.
On September 8, Liu bought two counterfeit uniforms and rented a car. After
collecting 800 yuan (US$96) as "fines" from two trucks, he continued his
charade.
At around 11 pm, Liu stopped a minibus at Wangsan Road only to find patrolmen
of Fangshan District inside.
