Tourists complain about photo scam

Tourists visiting Dunhuang in
Gansu Province have complained that they were forced to purchase photos of
themselves taken without their permission, reports Xinhua.
Some photographers follow tourists around, secretly taking pictures of them
while they gaze at the scenery. And they ask high prices for their work.
Some tourists felt bullied into buying the photos.
They said they only bought them because they were afraid the photos would be
displayed by the peddlers and viewed by other people.
