BOCOG holds first English talent competition

BOCOG's first English Talent Competition was held on December 25, 2002. 18
contestants from all of BOCOG's 14 departments participated in the competition
and showed off their English skills.
BOCOG has organized English training programs since its foundation. After
one-year of study, BOCOG staff have improved their English to such a level that
organizers felt it was necessary to give the trainees a chance to demonstrate
their talent and progress.
Cheng Yan, project manager of the Construction Department won first prize at
the competition.
