Former CCTV hostess and film actress Ni Ping staged her first exhibition of 100 ink works at the Shenzhen Art Museum in 2011 and then staged her painting exhibition at Rongbaozhai in 2012. Rongbaozhai is a shop founded in Beijing in 1672 that's celebrated for its collection of works by such established artists as Zhang Daqian and Qi Baishi. Ni also released her book The Talk of Grandma in 2010 with her own painted illustrations.[Photo/ cri.cn] |
