A miniature carving of the well-known painting "Eight Fine Horses" was created by Chinese artist Li Qici from Zhejiang province to celebrate the upcoming Year of the Horse. "Eight Fine Horses" is one of the many masterpieces from legendary Chinese painter Xu Beihong. Li began his miniature creation last year upon the 60th anniversary of Xu's death, which he just recently finished. [Photo/icpress] |
