Nabaneeta Dev Sen, award-winning Bengali poet, travel and children's author, will read her poetry in Bengali, English and Chinese at the Indian embassy. The wife of Nobel Prize winner Amartya Sen, she has translated the works of Chinese poets Lu Ping and Yang Liuhong into Bengali. She will be accompanied by her daughter Nandana Sen, an upcoming Bollywood actress who has won several Best Newcomer Awards in India.
