An exhibition of the qipao (cheongsam) worn by the famed Song Sisters and their relatives is held in the Soong Ching-ling Memorial Residence in Shanghai, April 7 2016. The show includes 14 cheongsams and scores of historical pictures and video clips related to the dresses and their owners. The three Song Sisters – Soong Ai-ling, Soong Ching-ling and Soong Mei-ling – were along with their husbands among China's most significant political figures in the early 20th century.
