Journalist admits to crime

The sister of an American journalist jailed in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) says the woman acknowledged breaking DPRK law during a recent phone call.

Lisa Ling said Laura told her she and the other American being held, Euna Lee, violated DPRK law. Laura Ling and Lee were detained while working for Current TV. They were sentenced last month to 12 years of hard labor for illegal entry and "hostile acts".
