Govt to cut expenditure

GUANGZHOU: Guangdong government has decided to cut down expenses as the economic slowdown depletes its coffers.
Regulations list nine kinds of expenses to be cut down by as much as 20 percent this year, the general office of the government said on Tuesday.
Both the duration of and expenses related to overseas trips were asked to be cut down.
