The 9th Beijing CBD International Business Festival is focusing on Beijing's sustainable development following its successful hosting of the Olympic Games, says Wu Guiying, vice-director of Chaoyang district.

"We have invited five foreign Olympic host cities to join us to discuss post-Olympic economic development. This is the first time Olympic host cities have got together to discuss social and economic developments after the Olympic Games," Wu said this week.

The invited countries are Japan, South Korea, Greece, the United Kingdom and Australia. Representatives of each country will address the Post-Olympic Sustainable Development Forum to be held tomorrow.
