Kukan, a long-lost awarding-winning color film about China's resistance against the Japanese army from 1937 to 1945, was found, restored and finally introduced to China in accordance to an agreement signed on April 3, 2015.
The film was produced and sponsored by Chinese American Li Ling-Ai and photographed by Rey Scott between 1937-1940.
