Large Medium SmallThe China Securities Regulatory Commission announced on Thursday that the annual report on disclosure regulation for the growth enterprise market has been published, and the enforcement date enforcement is Jan 1.
The CSRC said companies from the growth enterprise market will be asked to provide two editions of their annual reports to its retail investors and institutional investors.
The regulation will highlight features of the growth enterprise market, and help investors to make the right decisions.
The regulation will also help companies to reduce their disclosure costs.
