China's tightening measures to cool sizzling property prices have yielded "pretty good" effect, the chairman of China Vanke, the country's largest developer by sales, said at the Reuters China Investment Summit on Thursday. However, Chairman Wang Shi said Beijing is not likely to ease up in it's campaign in the year ahead, for which he projected Vanke's property sales will grow at a slower rate after growing more than 80 percent in 2010 to a record 100 billion yuan ($15.03 billion).
