 In an inaugural ceremony on Oct 20 in Beijing, a representative of the Chinese Red Cross Foundation issues a certificate of Loving Angel to Wang Meng (right), a skating champion in the short track speed skating event at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games.
Sponsored by the Bright Angel Fund of the Chinese Red Cross Foundation and China Association of the Blind, the Bright Angel Hotline Center, which employs visually challenged people, was inaugurated in Beijing, Oct 20. The hotline offers services such as psychological counseling and after-sales service. Taiwan-based Chunghwa Telecom and Asustek Computer Inc donated equipment for the hotline at the inaugural ceremony. [Photo/Xinhua]
