Mosquito causes car crash, driver injured

Updated: 2009-10-13 08:50 A driver in Changsha, capital of Hunan province, was seriously injured after a mosquito caused him to careen off the road into a three-meter ditch last week. Lei Peng, 40, was driving his car when a mosquito flew into his car vehicle. As he attempted to swat the insect, he lost control of his vehicle and veered off the road. Lei was rushed to the hospital where doctors performed an emergency surgery. (Xiaoxiang Morning Post) |
