Crane accident kills four, injures two in E China

Updated: 2009-04-10 09:40 NANJING -- Part of a crane fell, killing four construction workers and injuring two, at a construction site in Suzhou, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province, an official said Thursday. Three people died on the scene and another after being sent to hospital, said Jiang Hao, deputy director of the Construction Bureau of Wuzhong Distric of Suzhou. The other two injured had been sent to hospital and were in stable conditions, Jiang said, and an investigation had been launched. |
