A street lamp is submerged in chunks of ice on a road to Hukou Waterfall, a famous tourist spot on the Yellow River in Jixian county, Linfen, north China's Shanxi Province, January 18, 2009. An ice jam in the river flooded the area, suddenly raising the water level Sunday morning, destroying houses and blocking roads. So far no casualties have been reported. [CFP]
