Prosecution of law professor killer pending

The source said that the killer, Fu Chengli, told police that the law professor was undeserved to be a teacher. That was why he had to execute the killing as a warning to others. The No. One People's Procuratorate of Beijing also confirmed that Fu's parents had applied for a psychiatric assessment for their son.
