Dog and eight puppies healthy after C-section

Updated: 2008-11-24 09:10 A dog is the proud new mother of eight puppies after having a Caesarean section in Wuhan, Hubei province, on Tuesday. A local woman, surnamed Li, was reduced to tears when she found her pet named Ya Ya gravely ill and unable to give birth naturally recently. Animal doctors immediately organized a Caesarean operation for Ya Ya at the city's Jiangtan pet central hospital. Li was all smiles again two hours later after Ya Ya had delivered.
