A man survived a fall from the 13th floor of a residential building in Harbin, Heilongjiang, last Tuesday and was conscious when emergency workers showed up on the scene. However, the car he hit was destroyed.

A cab driver who was passing by the building that morning witnessed the fall and called police for help.

An ambulance rushed the man to a local hospital where he was found to have suffered a visceral hemorrhage. He is now out of danger.
